The staff provided clear information about the building and breakfast I found the lobby and courtyard beautiful. My room had a fresco on the ceiling I thought the decor added to the ambiance. I reminded me of I was staying in a villa.

I appreciated the staff's friendliness! They were very accommodating. The art, adorning both walls and ceilings, really made the rooms lovely. It reminded me of an immersive experience. The receptionist even welcomed us with coffee. What a nice gesture!
The noise really carried. I could clearly hear sounds from other rooms and the hallway, it was quite disruptive.

the location was very convenient. i found it easy to reach the city center. the staff was willing to help and were there for all my needs. my room had a 16th century painting on the ceiling, a unique feature.
the mattress was a bit short. the room had limited space to walk around the bed.

the breakfast was italian style. i enjoyed the pastries, croissants, and italian coffee. the dining space is narrow, located in the reception room with just seven small tables.
